The Patient Experience Team
The National Cancer Patient Experience Team works to Professor Mike Richards, National Cancer Director. The Patient Experience Team is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Cancer Reform Strategy, and for providing leadership on the patient experience agenda, which includes: patient information, patient satisfaction, black and minority ethnic patient engagement, improving the experience of male cancer patients, and working towards reducing cancer inequalities.
