Cancer Awareness at Brixton Library

From Monday 7th November until the end of the month, NCAT are hosting a cancer information stall at Brixton library.

NCAT's Patient Experience Team have worked with numerous charities to select some key information on the most common types of cancer and the 3 national screening programmes. This information, along with copies of our Health Supplement and information for those affected by cancer already, will be available free to anyone visiting the library during that time.

The stand will be a permanent fixture for the month, with people able to help themselves to any relevant information. However NCAT representative, and volunteers from Bowel Cancer UK, Cancer Hair Care and Breast Cancer Care, will be manning the stall on some selected dates to provide guidance and further information.

NCAT will be at the stall every Monday throughout November and the dates of the other attendees will be advertised locally within the library. So pop along and see us!!
