Welcome
Welcome to the National Cancer Action Team Patient Experience web site. The site is aimed at both healthcare professionals and patients interested in knowing more about the work being undertaken nationally on improving the experience of cancer patients using NHS services.

Improving patient experience is a key theme in the Cancer Reform Strategy. We know from surveys of cancer patients that their experience of care has improved in recent years. However, we also know that it can and must improve further. Our aim is to provide high quality care to everyone affected by cancer.![]()
